About Sales Trenches

Sales Trenches Consulting was started on a simple frustration: most sales advice is written by people who haven't carried a quota in a decade.

We work the way sales actually happens — messy calls, stalled pipelines, reps who need a script that survives the first hard question. Every engagement starts with us listening to real calls and reading real CRM data before we suggest a single change.
